TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Payment is collected at the time of the encounter. Cash and credit cards are accepted. Although I do not accept insurance, most insurance companies reimburse some portion of the cost of out of network services provided that a bill for service is submitted. Bills are generated upon patient request.
Video visits are also available upon request. Regular appointment lengths and fees apply. Please indicate if you require or prefer video conferencing prior to our appointment.
I ask that my returning patients let me know about a cancellation at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled later than that may be charged in full. No shows will be charged in full. To avoid this, however, electronic appointment reminders will be sent one day prior to appointments, at which time cancellations are free of charge.
In the event of an emergency, such as severe allergic reactions or suicidal thoughts, go to your closest emergency room right away. If you are already an established patient, provide your ER team with my information so that we can collaborate on your care.
