This is a fee-for-service practice and does not accept Medicare, Medicaid, or most private insurance. Payment is due at the time of the appointment.  A receipt for services can be provided upon request. I am currently licensed to treat residents of New Jersey and am in-network with NJ Aetna only. Initial consultations are conducted virtually and last between 60 and 90 minutes. Thirty and 60 minute follow-up appointments are available in-person or by video. The current fee structure is $250 per half hour.

I ask that my returning patients let me know about a cancellation at least 24 hours in advance. Electronic appointment reminders are sent two days prior to scheduled appointments. Missed appointments and late cancellations will be charged in full. 

In the event of an emergency, such as a severe allergic reaction or altered mental status, go to your closest emergency room right away or call 911. If you are having a mental health crisis, you can call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline by dialing 988 and remaining on the line. Please note that I operate this office part-time and cannot offer emergency or after hours coverage.
